Offset Lithography
For longer run requirements, Gillingham Press can offer the facility of film and printing plate production in support of a Heidelberg GTO 52 with numbering and perforating capability. A true workhorse, the Heidelberg GTO 52 can print on stock sizes of C6 (160 x 225mm) to B3 (350 x 520mm) for grammages of 80gsm to 400gsm board weights and at impression speeds up to 8,500 sheets per hour.
Letterpress
Some printing requirements can still be best performed with good old fashioned letterpress techniques. In particular, numbering and perforating for business forms work and scoring covers for booklets.
Any printing work is completed using a Heidelberg Platen for stock sizes of A6 (105 x 148mm) to SRA3 (320 x 450mm) and for stock weights of 80gsm up to 450gsm.
